Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

  • Why do I get "invalid password" error message when I try to log in, even though my password is correct?

If you are receiving an error message when logging in with the correct email and password, this probably means you are trying to log into a different Android device than the one which you original registered your account with. In order to prevent abuse of our services, each account can only be used with one device. If you get a new Android device, or wish to switch your account to a different device, just drop us an e-mail and we'll take care of it for you.

  • Why am I receiving delayed trade signals?

There are several possible reasons why you may be receiving delayed trade signals. First, be sure you are using the latest version of the app (check here if a more current update is available). If you are still receiving delayed binary option signals with the most current version of the app, check to make sure any power saving apps and features are disabled because they can interfere with receiving timely push notifications such as trade signals. Finally, please compare receiving signals on both wi-fi and 3g to see if one data method is faster than the other.

  • How do I use your live trade signals to place a real trade with my broker?

To see exactly how to set up your broker's trading platform to work for placing trades with Binary Signal App, simply watch this video on our YouTube channel.

  • What type of binary option trade signals do you provide?

Currently, our app provides you with FOREX trade signals of four different currency pairs: EUR/USD, USD/CHK, EUR/JPY, and USD/JPY. Among those four currency pairs, we provide both live 5 and 15-minute trade signals. A majority of the signals each day will typically be 15-minute trades.

  • Why do some signals move from "Active" to "Not Active?"

To help maximize your profits from trading binary options, we separate trade signals between "Active" and "Not Active" status. All trade signals begin in "Active" status, then are eventually changed to "Not Active" status. When a trade signal changes to "Not Active," it means the price has moved too far away from the signal price OR the trade signal is too close to the expiration time. By moving a trade signal to "Not Active" if the price of the FOREX pair suddenly moves in the wrong direction, we help you to avoid trades that would have high odds of losing. To learn more about "Active" and "Not Active" status, check out this video.

  • How do I receive your live binary trade signals for free?

For free access to Binary Signal App, simply open a new account with one of our affiliated brokers (only through the links on this page or our emails). After you have made your minimum deposit, returned all the paperwork, and started trading, just e-mail us with your account username and date/amount of deposit. • How do I directly subscribe to receive live trade signals?

You may subscribe directly to Binary Signal App for US$29 per month or just $175 per year (save 50%). You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or a PayPal account, and may easily cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billings. Your account will be set up within 24 business hours of signing up for access, and we will e-mail your login details to confirm.

  • I am already logged into Binary Signal App, but why am I not receiving many signals?

Live binary signals are automatically pushed directly to your device whenever our FOREX robot spots a profitable 5 or 15-minute trade opportunity. On average, you can expect to receive approximately 25 to 30 signals within any 24-hour period (FOREX market only closes on the weekend). HOWEVER, the actual number of daily trade signals you receive is dependent on overall market conditions. If, for example, volume and/or volatility in the FOREX markets is lighter than usual, you may receive less signals, but everything is still working fine. Also, the slowest period in terms of trade signals is usually from around 8 am to 12 noon (GMT-4).

  • How many mobile devices may I use with my account?

Although we are sure you personally would never share your account login details with your friends, the same cannot be said of everyone else. As such, we protect abuse of our service by locking each trial and/or regular account to only one Android device. You will receive a password error message if you try to log in to a second device with the same account details. If you are need of a second account, or if you wish to reset your account so that you can move it to a different device, just e-mail us and we will take care of it for you.

  • I forgot my password. How can I get it?

No problem. Just e-mail us and we will help you out.
